Pocket Amp Does Not Effect Decay

As the title suggests, decay is not amped by barrage's damage amp

havent tested. but i can believe it since its decay. decay seems to be an odd duck. doesnt trigger mystic regen. or apply on spirit effects (most notably healbane and mystic slow).

seems the damage is tied to the status. the status is attached to them, but isn't tagged as being from you.

That's because, like Pocket affliction, Decay doesn't trigger item effects. This was changed to be the case shortly after the item rework.



The amp from pocket is not an item though, so it should work, and seems odd that it doesn't
