Was attempting to evade Yamato after they use their ultimate and aimed Pocket's Flying Cloak straight up and waited until the last second to teleport. I was teleported above the Skybox. I was able to shoot downwards but no abilities seemed to be able to reach the ground. Attempted to connect to a orange and purple rails but failed to get pulled through the sky box.
Used the unstuck command which placed me on a roof and I was able to walk off and play the rest of the game.
I attached some screenshots once I got stuck on the skybox, but I can't access the replay due to the "Error #citadel_replay_manager_error_chunk_failed"
