PLEASE REVERT LUCKY SHOT NOT GIVING FIXATION

Please this is a awefull change that already has nerfed a hero that was almost unplayable after all the bug fixes and nerfs to her ult. Lucky shot gave the haze a unique playstyle of being a mouse 1 dueler that used bullet dance as a way to finish off targets. Instead of a ult bot that just builds very expensive items and is inactive for most of the early game. This was a known "FEATURE" of lucky shot that had entire builds and play styles focused around it, that MADE Haze work.
Please revert this change.

Haze was already a bottom-tier hero, even before valve decided to roll out this nerf disguised as a bug fix (along with another change not mentioned in the patch notes). Gutting heroes like this because a couple vocal whiners couldn't stop whining isn't healthy for the game. Right now, lucky shot is a 1250 tier item with a 6200 tier price tag. Nobody is ever going to build this item anymore. God forbid we have items that can find a niche use case by 1 or 2 heroes.
