Please make it possible to rename items personally. Just me for example as a player in Dota when I see an item from Dota but with a different name, I want to rename it ONLY FOR ME that-not to be confused.
I think it will be useful for players who played dota

this would just make it confusing for other players if you're referencing items

There is a "note" option, as well as you could create in builds groups with the DotA Name.

But in general im on the side from ZeWaka, you will get used to it, and other (non DotA players) will get confused if you are referencing it.

You should remember the item name, else you will have a severe issue when communicating with other player later on.
