i watched the whole demo
at first i though he's just smurfing (and the wraith)... though that kill around 12:10 was really suspicious
also the kill on 16:10
kill on 17:25 (motion in mid air extremly jerky just before the kill)
he's not using the cheats at all time, mainly just to finish off at certain times
unless the ult gives you ESP/radar/... definitely cheating
also very toxic, profile says finnish but is russian, says ru > eu, ...
He Typically also requests a solo lane to start of against you/haze.
But you might also need to adjust your build a bit more i think after dying a couple of times like that. I was also surprised at your immediate call out that he's cheating (I do that as well out of sheer frustration or not understanding a situation well enough)... but I guess your initial gut feeling was correct here.
Also, did you pause in the beginning after the first death to check his profile or something?
