I was attempting to ground strike someone while in the middle of it I was hooked or rescue beamed by a friendly bebop and my character became 'locked'. I could no longer shoot, dash, use any skills. All I could do was walk and crouch. Dying did not fix it. Restarting my game did not fix it. I have a video of the event I can upload if necessary.
