Player hacking using aimbot

I knew something was off. The player using aimbot can be seen in spectator mode, locking onto targets and staying on them, especially at the 4:15 mark. His crosshairs even follow through walls most of the time. It's ridiculous—about 1 in 5 games has an aimbotter. He also seems to know where players are when they’re low on health. Match 21462380
