Player builds don't show up when playing a different character than the last character you set a build for

If you make builds for multiple characters and set those builds as your default build, when you go into a game, you will only be able to see the build you set for the character you last set the build for. The other characters will have the default recommended items and you cannot select any public builds.

Restarting the game doesn't fix the issue.
