Played a game like normal, afterwords "permanently banned" no toxicty, no cheating etc

Has anyone else experienced this since the system automatically banned a bunch of people in October?
Is there a way to contact support directly if not?

since the game is invite-only, if anyone 'upstream' of you in the chain of invites cheated, everyone downstream gets banned. i think the devs have indicated theyre unsure what they will do about this in the future still

That's so weird to me.
I got the invite from a random friend I added during a dota2 game probably 5 years ago and they probably sent the invite out to everyone on their friends list like I did.
Hopefully this gets changed, no lifed my way to phantom 3 and was playing this with my friends every day so this sucks.
If anyone gets an update on how to contact customer support on this please lmk.
