Summary: Mercurial magnum and Wraith's Full auto ability 3 currently are not ignored by plated armor at any point. While this may be intentional, the effect reads "On hit effects" as in additional qualities added to your bullets, so I feel like plated armor should indeed work against wraith's full auto and mercurial magnum bullets. As it stands, if the enemy team funnels their souls into Wraith, then there is almost no counter items to survive her committing to attack you. Plz yoshi, a fed wraith is too powerful.
