The Plate of the Hungry Man (Dinner might be legal trouble) is a green 1600/3200 that gives an active - Consume Golden Idol.
This consumes a golden statue breakable, and if that statue would have dropped a buff, Plate of the Hungry (man might be too silly) gains a stack, up to a limit. Each stack grants hp equivalent to the green health buff that golden breakables drop.
This means the hp granted by stacks will scale up with time, as the buff values increase. Squishies could use this well, but because the stacks are locked to the item, they can't keep the benefits after selling it for some damage item slot in. Also the active should be accompanied by a cartoonish "om nom" sound clip.
