Pingwheel Transparent when in Neutral Mouse Position

The ping wheel does not show the left most options when the mouse is in the neutral position. They remain interactable and will appear when the mouse is moved over them. It can be reproduced by starting a second match in the same session. All matches after the 1st appear to be affected. It can be fixed temporarily by restarting the game.
