It's been like this for idk how long at this point. It's impossible to communicate the CD of your spells on a hero like holiday who has not one but TWO charge based abilities you might try to ping, and if you ever forget that it doesn't work you just bait your team into thinking you're ready
The voiceline that plays however makes it sound like it's NOT ready
