Ping on Abilities Does Not Respect Keybind

Ping on abilities to notify cooldown/ready status does not respect keybind.
I have my ping keybind set as MOUSE5 but it still requires MOUSE3

I have this same issue. Does not matter the map at all. It occurs anywhere and is very easily replicated by just rebinding the ping. I have mine set to 0 on the keyboard [I use a mouse with a numpad on the side]. Previously I had it set to H and it still wouldn't do anything. Both keybinds require you to use MOUSE 3 for pinging abilities.

Arguably, I think this is less a bug and just an oversight by the developers
