Hi, my name is Dmitriy, and I have some information for you.
On the Asian server I have a ping of 120-250+ and constant loss of packets (my operator is Baikal Telecom), ping with Japan and Asia is 60-150 (in deadlock 120-160)
that's why it's more comfortable for me to play on Asia, but there is not enough optimization in battles, constant FPS drop and in Europe loss of packets. My friend (he has a different operator and everything is the opposite) in Europe everything is more or less, but in Asia when entering a match there is a strong delay and loss of packets, constant FPS 30 and less, he cannot play normally with me. Please fix the constant loss of packets and improve optimization in the game. Region: Russia

My computer: gtx 1660 super and xeon 2620v3 16gb ram and ssd m2 4k+mb/s
Friend's computer:
i5 25xx and gtx 1050
no ssd and 8 gb ram.
