Ping is 10-30ms when playing with a group, but 200-400ms when solo

Hello,

I cannot figure out why I have bad ping when solo queuing. It doesn't seem to matter if it's ranked or not, my last handful of solo matches had 200-400ms of ping throughout.

However, if I send a party invite to a friend and queue with them, my ping never goes above 100.

Is this something I can fix on my end? We are both in the NA region with NA severs selected, and I don't see a way to be more specific than that
