Phantom Strike Teleport to Current Location

See video. Seems like a bug that I used Phantom Strike and teleported to same location turned around 180 degrees. Maybe explainable but I don't know.

May be related to an issue with the pit, as many abilities primarily AOE abilities like Abrams Ultimate or Pocket Ultimate miss enemies pointblank in the pit. There is some kind of issue where the game thinks there isn't a LOS to the player or there is some kind of invisible geometery thats inbetween the player and the enemy. Phantom Strike probably didn't teleport you because it thought you were teleporting into a wall or couldn't find a spot to place you.

Or its just some other bug, but the one above still occurs pretty often
