Phantom Strike does not bring you to the target.

Currently phantom strike gets caught on walls, floors if there's any kinda obstruction between you and the target phantom strike often fails to bring you to them. Additionally targets moving quickly often end up very far away from the phantom strike location which can be a problem if the intention is to follow up with a low ranged ability.
