Phantom Strike Bug Stuck in Box

I used phantom strike and got stuck into this box. I could not get out. only way out for me was to wait for the enemy team to kill me.

Could you not use your second ability to teleport out or to use your phantom strike again? Ofc not the solution, but seems worth a try if it happens.

Also is your health bugged? Shows 2119 / 650hp
