Not sure what the interaction was that caused this but I was playing as Viscous. I died and respawned as a rabbit and was stuck like that permanently. My "ghost" in the replay looks like a rabbit as well. I suspect that attempting to fire my primary weapon caused a game crash. I was able to use my abilities, but once the duration of goo ball ended, my game also crashed. There was a Magician in the game.

Suspiciously, a few (4+) members crashed on the initial game crash. Several others may have crashed on the second crash, but may have also left the game manually.
Upon respawn, I walk around a bit, and then attempt to fire my weapon, which may have caused a game crash. Trying to view this also causes the replay and game to crash.
I was able to rejoin the game, but may have caused another crash after goo ball duration ended. Trying to view this also causes the replay and game to crash. 17:19
