Hi. First of all, tell me if this thread should be placed in some other section, dont know where it should be.
Im from Ukraine. This fall there were a lot of missile attacks on the infrastructure of Ukraine. The system works in such a way that if there is a threat of a missile strike, the lights in cities are turned off. With this approach, the energy system receives less damage during missile strikes and the damage can be repaired faster. But such outages are never warned in advance. This happened at any time of the day. Usually I played my low priority games and continued playing, but after another abandoned game after turning on the lights, I discovered that I had received a permanent ban. This happened about a month ago. I miss the game and while trying to find a way to contact the developers I found this forum. I'm a fairly active player (1050 hours in the game). I didn't know that there was a risk of getting banned, the period of blackouts was quite long and there was no way to plan anything. Can I get the opportunity to play again?
