[Performance] Mo & Krill's Sand Blast drops framerate significantly

Framerate ddrops from 50fps to 30fps using Mo & Krill's Sand Blast. Framerate returns to normal after ability ends.

I am on a laptop with an i5 12500H using integrated Iris Xe graphics, on charge and set to Performance power profile.
Graphics settings: Everything lowest, 1440x900, 90Hz refresh rate, full resolution scale.

Repro steps:
1. Launch into Hero Sandbox as Mo & Krill
2. Note FPS
3. Use Sand Blast and observe drop in FPS

I can second this, My regular teammate doesn't have the best PC, and it's getting to the point where we can't lane together because it drops his frames to 0 for about 1.1 seconds on average.
