CPU: Intel i5 13400f
GPU: GTX 4070
RAM: 24gb ddr5
All settings are minimum except high texture and fsr2, at the beginning of the game it shows 130 fps, after laning it drops to 80-90, sometimes in fights and up to 60 crashes has anyone encountered this, knows any solution , but it feels like after the update 17.09 this is what happened

If you encounter this problem and need to install an older version of the Nvidia driver, v560.94 helped me, thanks to the user DJKeterson for the advice
