Hi,
I have been playing this game for about 9 hours, and keep getting stutter constantly. I have a very powerful PC and the game seems to be unaffected by how I change video settings. Going in full screen helps a bit but nothing I do seems to stop the stutter. And setting the game on Vulcan makes it much worst.
Attempted solutions:
Verify Integrity, Reinstall the game, Update GPU Drivers, try every possible combination of video settings.

CPU AMD Ryzen 9 9950X
RAM Teamgroup Delta RGB 64GB DDR5 6000 CL38 (2x32GB)
Motherboard MSI X670E Tomahawk Wifi
Graphics Card GeForce RTX™ 4090 24GB
