[Performance] Dynamo's Singularity results in massive performance hit

Using Dynamo's Singularity drops performance from 45fps to 30fps.

Config:
I am on a laptop with an i5 12500H using integrated Iris Xe graphics, on charge and set to Performance power profile.
Graphics settings: Everything lowest, 1440x900, 90Hz refresh rate, full resolution scale.

Repro:
1. Launch into Hero Sandbox as Dynamo.
2. Note FPS.
3. Use Singularity and note FPS while Singularity is happening.
