Performance drop since Old Gods, New Blood update

Ever since this new update has come out I find it almost unplayable. I went from around 90 fps no upscaling med-high pre OGNB update into barely hitting 40. Previously, I would have frame drops if I queued more than 1 match without restarting due to a memory leak, but now I both get stutters in the first game I play as well as having overall low FPS, even with FSR on max and the lowest possible settings.
I am using a GTX 1660 Super with an I5-12400, so I know my computer can run this game (and has ran the game very well in the past.) I, of course, tried to gather some feedback in the Discord about people who are suffering from very poor performance since this update before coming here to make a thread, (which was my first mistake, as everyone in that discord is extremely dismissive) but have been unable to really get a firm estimate of how many people are suffering post update.

I understand that as the game is updated with more visuals it will get harder to run, but the drastic change from this update goes to show that it's likely not intended and extremely exaggerated. I am posting this to hopefully get some eyes on the issue and to also consolidate other peoples' experiences with the performance post OGNB patch. I also really just want to be able to play the game again... I legitimately cannot play the game since this patch.

Have u tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game? Cuz a friend of mine was having the same problem and that fixed it for him, maybe the game is making use of old geometry in the files that wasn't cleaned up in the new patch

Yeah, infact I recently reinstalled windows right as the update came out, and it seemingly made no difference

Apparently, Deadlock runs pretty well in PC's with strong single core performance as yours, I'd suggest checking at the VRAM usage of your gpu, because there might be some memory leak in the game

There has been a memory leak since before this update, unless it has gotten significantly worse. I would usually have to restart after every game to make sure I didn't suffer horrific stutters in the next match. I'll monitor my GPU in a bots game
