People Abusing chat bubbles being infinite length in game

In game this is what happened, the Warden and the Kelvin on the enemy team where having a bad match and decided to abuse the fact that they could copy and paste wikipedia text, menu items, etc in game. At one point they both did it simultaneously and it obscured my vision immensely during a firefight.... Im not sure if bug exactly but definitely evidence of chat abuse I had to make a post about it. I could see a team of people being very tilted doing this repeatedly to be annoying/toxic

For now, set citadel_chat_fade_time 0 and it will disappear quickly.
