basically yea the 1% lows have suddenly gotten extremely terrible after the big update this week its gotten to a point where its actively hurtinh my eyes and making me lose ranked games
my system specs are an i9 13980hx and a rtx 4060 mobile so this shouldnt be occuring on any setting but its happening even on low
i have tested on 3 different isps and routers the issue is not my connection
