Pausing the game while Pocket cast Cloak or Dynamo cast Pulse, causes these effects to distach and not work

Pocket Cloak teleport will not work with the proper range. Dynamo Kinetic Pulse will not damage enemy.

This might also be true for other characters abilities effects.

the pause can be instant pause with instant unpause and has no specific time to do. The ability has to be executed in the world first.
