I got the feeling they are trolling the players, when I aim with grey talon first skill, the mask appears in the middle, half of the screen size. Well, guess I'll stop playing until they switch the game back to competitive mode

But I guess there are more casuals than competitive players, so it is reasonable to target them with features like that.

As if grey talon belongs in a competitive game anyway.

Maybe. I'm not an expert on making things well-balanced, if that term is even applicable to deadlock, but I can tell that THIS is not how the game should treat you. Perhaps I could make a similar screenshot with someone else (at least I experienced it with Haze) -- but with talon it is probably easiest to replicate.

This mask just says "don't try to win this, just relax, don't waste effort, go outside, find a better game, etc"
