this one doesn't really have lore, he's just a silly little goblin guy with a comically large sack on his comically small back
not many exact numbers because they can be argued all day, you can just imagine whatever damage/cooldown/range you think would be balanced
I know a soul gain increase passive is bold but what else are fan concepts for?
