It is possible to join a party with the party code while the rest are in game, go to the Sandbox Teleporter and force hero selection on people that are in a game. Hope this can be fixed so that the Sandbox Teleporter is disabled while the party is in a game.
This will usually happen in communities of players that are posting party code for people to come and join. But sometimes people will accidentally force hero select, or trolls join to do it intentionally.
