Parker - Support Musician Hero

I was thinking of a support jazz musician hero who can buff his teammates and debuff his enemies with his saxophone. I am not really good with kit ideas but I was thinking since I named him after Charlie Parker who was a prominent musician in New York he could have lore related to Infernus (they know each other since he played at Jezebel's) and have a friendship with bebop since he basically invented the genre
