Paradox's 4th ability shouldn't have been nerfed

I can understand rest of the abilities getting nerfed as even when I was playing her I thought her 3rd ability was bit cracked. However nerfing her 4th ability, arguably her best ability, so that you have to be a bit too precise is annoying. The range on the 4th ability is already quite small and cooldown + the position it leaves you in already warranted its value.

It's a high risk, high reward. You pull someone specific into your teams middle and also have to either run away quickly or distract the other enemies. Now It feels more like, sometimes it MIGHT land and then I MIGHT be able to pull the enemy. Instead of it being more consistent.

Either speed at which projectile travels needs to be increased so enemy can't literally walk away(Unless you are at point blank or 1-5m distance) or the size should be increased again so there is more tolerance.
