Paradox ult swapped Seven inside a wall near Patron

Used Paradox ult while falling under the line of sight and hugging the wall in front of me, Seven gets swapped to inside the wall. I assume he couldn't get out.

Similar example, but Paradox being the one ending up inside level geometry. Couldn't get out, and the Unstick Hero and Suicide buttons that I got to try out for the first time are apparently not functional.
