Paradox Time Wall Issues/Inconsistencies

Time Wall has a lot of odd interactions with heroes, and their abilities.

Bebop: Hook sometimes goes through wall as if wall is not there. Sometimes hook stops completely on wall without going through. This seems to be related to Bebop's position to the wall. It seems his hook is spawned in front of bebop rather than coming our of him. Although hook still grabs through wall if enemies are too close to the wall. (when hand freezes on wall, if the fingers touch it will follow through with the grab) Bebop's Primary fire also doesn't go through the wall at all.*1

Haze: Haze's ult become hitscan and completely ignores time wall. Would make sense as time wall would be a hard counter to someone's ult, but feels inconsistent. I must have been misremembering without testing. This is not correct.

Infernus: Catalyst ignores time wall. Does seem intentional. But just putting it here just in case.

McGinnis: Heavy Barrage seems to sometimes ignore time wall. It is inconsistent, some missiles go through immediately some are slowed. Very noticeable when time wall's area is increased.

Mo & Krill: Sand blast, see Infernus

Paradox: Not sure if same heroes will ever fight each other, but Paradox's Time Bomb's model is slowed by time wall, but its entity will not slow down. Time bomb start its pulses as soon as the entity hits the ground. (before model reaches it's destination)

Pocket: Flying cloak is not effected by time wall slow.

Seven: Lightning ball seems to sometimes go though Time wall without slowing. Please view video below to show exact spots on wall. This only seems to effect Lightning Ball, other hero's abilities act as intended. (possibly more spots, remembering McGinnis's ult. There seems to be some spots on the lower corners as well, might be because of extended range on time wall)

Vindicta: Crow Familiar ignores the better half of time wall. The edges seem to slow crow, but not the center. Easier to see with extended reach on time wall. See video attached.

*1 This makes sense, but could lead to unbalanced match ups. I propose that it turns the consistent lazer into small lazer beams going through wall.(like Dynamo's bullets, but red and thin) Doesn't make sense physically, but more fair.
