Paradox Time Wall is not created on ability press

Steps to reproduce:

1. Point the camera directly into the ground
2. Press Time Wall ability

Actual result:

• After the ability press Time Wall is created under the ground.

Expected result:

• After the ability press Time Wall is created in front of Paradox.

P.S. Cannot link a game and time code cause for some reason the replay is not available. Will update the bug as soon as the replay will be available. The bug is consistent and can be reproduced every time.
