Paradox carbine sometimes doesn't do damage whilst mystic shot does in the same shot. Might be caused by echo shard interaction, replicated it once in sandbox.
EDIT: If you start charging carbine after shooting while the projectile has not yet hit it does no damage so this is possible to do in match with echo shard and refresher.
