Paradox: can no longer use wall (2) after initiating swap (4)

I can no longer use Paradox's wall ability (2) after using the swap ability (4) as of the 10/10 update. Previously, I could hit 4 and then immediately hit 2, and the swap would initiate and the wall would appear right afterwards.

I did enable the Quick Cast setting for all characters, which is the only user difference regarding this sequence of button presses.

This is the case in both the sandbox and an actual match.
