As paradox I had Kinetic on, used Healing Rite and meele'd before jumping into mid boss pit.
After this I was only able to shoot one bullet and it would auto reload my clip every time. All other abilities worked as normal.
It continued this way until I used healing rite again at 25:54 and that fixed it. I was not able to replicate it again afterward.
