Paige's third skill damage display isn't smooth

I don't know if this can be called a bug, but it's clearly an issue with the damage display for Paige's stun. All skills in the game have a smooth damage display, but for some reason, only her third skill doesn't show how much damage the stun deals based on the enemy's current health.
It's probably not the best explanation, so here's a video.
