Healing an ally at max health grants them bullet and spirit shields, to a maximum value (500?)
I envision it working at a reduced rate too, thus making it suboptimal to pre-fight heal. For example, every 4 points healing becomes 1 point of each shield, or such. Also, to prevent hypercarrying with lifesteal, I specifically intend it to work on allies, not self.
