When using Dynamo and Mirage (Those are the ones I tested) Tornado and Quantum Entanglement ability close to the wall near the small Jungle Camp on the new Blue Lane, you can get out of bounds without being able to leave but also not be able to shoot outside.
I got out of bound by accident but I can recreate it by standing directly in front of the wall (img4)
