other players items after spectating

after spectating mcginnis and respawning, I had her items on the screen, couln't press them and couldn't press my actives neither.

same happened to me

Yep I'm also still seeing this.
After respawning, you have the actives of whoever you were last spectating. (Not sure if this always happens.)
Opening the shop restores things to the correct state.
