optimize item UI, using icon instead of full text

I have a suggestion that in shopping menu using unique icons instead of plain text to display item properties.
What's more, show a tree struct of item dependencies.

Yeah lets color code them for now. PLEASE dont use anymore icons until items in this game have full artwork (I really hope they do).

Icons can be helpful for memory and recall, but so many icons in 1 place is actually making difficullt

You have to think in the new players, + memorizing icons is far far more difficult than text, even active players will sometimes confuse an icon for other. Readability > economy of space ALWAYS.

I dont know, i kinda dig way more the minimalistic icons over complicated icons with weird names. But one thing the complicated names + icons can do is lore, so thats something i might consider positive too if they go for full artwork icon

I think aesthetically it looks nice for the game from a graphic design standpoint and visual development angle (VizDev is my dayjob) however from a practicality standpoint it makes the items more difficult to distinguish from one another (as many icons are re-used with variation) both visually and mentally. Items like in LoL or Dota2 are personified. Which makes them very easy to remember which makes macro choices easier. Currently, all of these blocks being Purple, Orange or Green make it very difficult to learn builds, and makes it very difficult to look at your team and opponents builds on the fly to quickly discern their build and game-angle.

Does it look cool for the game? Honestly yes haha. But is it optimal for players to learn and execute with? Not at all tbh.
