There is a slim and unassuming dockworker working in The Docks who's been living a double life as a gunrunning, occult trinket smuggling criminal, and a deeply embed undercover police officer sent to obtain whereabouts of key players involved in the upcoming patron summoning ritual. When he was following leads on Wraith's activities in regard to the summoning, one thing led to another, and O'Connor found himself right in the middle of participating in the ritual himself. A Stressed out and overwhelmed O'Connor must now hone his skills at improvising and adapting to maintain his cover around the most dangerous criminals while expressing utter desperation for police backup to his fellow law-enforcing peers.
O'Connor's role is about wounding and running down enemy survivors solo or with your group that try to escape from fights you win.
Ability 1 - Hit an enemy with aimed shot to cast a slow percentage and a new effect where the affected using stamina charge causes fixed damage.
Ability 2 - Emit a AoE around yourself that grants allies a temporary speed boost, effective for faster pushes or group chases.
Ability 3 - Passive - A constant AoE radius around the player that boosts personal speed when coming into contact with enemies, the boost is lost once there are no enemies in the radius.
Ult Ability - Grab an enemy player as a human shield for a period of time, damage dealt by enemies is transferred to your hostage instead. The player can throw the hostage that'll stun them for the remainder of the ult's active time before it ends.
