Oceanic players getting matched in laggy Asian servers

I have my region set to Oceanic and I'm getting put in laggy Asian servers, I think it must be a bug? Or is it intentional because of low player count? Either way I'd rather wait for a good ping than play on these servers, nothing against the players but the latency just makes the game not fun!

You *should* be able to use this command and set it to OCE to ensure and force yourself into OCE only games.
