OBVS: Shiv is able to dodge Abrams ult by jumping

I don't think this is a bug. Abrams attack people on the ground, so Heroes in mid-air are unaffected. Same goes for Vindicta or Grey Talon.

Pretty sure this is intended. Shiv was just playing really good.
