OBVS: Abrams Ult hits me when I'm significantly above him

I'm not sure if this was intentional or not, I know the bug that allowed him to hit double jump targets was pushed in but I was on the zipline????

It looks like it weirdly caught you at just the right angle. Looks like he hit the middle of the stairs so he was a bit higher than if he would have just hit the ground below the stairs.
