NZXT Cooler being shut off, while playing or once i close deadlock

As the title says, at some point while I'm playing or once I close deadlock after a game, my nzxt 240 RGB LED screen turns off and the fans turn off and nzxt cam can no longer detect it and I have to restart my computer.
